End User Licensing Agreement

By using Paradox NEXT "Help Button" you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully. "We" refers to the authors to the Paradox NEXT "Help Button" corebase. "The app" refers to the Paradox NEXT "Help Button" application.

Using Paradox NEXT "Help Button"

Using Paradox NEXT "Help Button" does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights over the content you access. You may not use content from Paradox NEXT "Help Button" unless you obtain permission from its owners or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in Paradox NEXT "Help Button". Do not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with Paradox NEXT "Help Button".

Privacy

Our privacy policy (see here) explains how we treat you personal data and protect your privacy when you use Paradox NEXT "Help Button". By using Paradox NEXT "Help Button", you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our privacy policy.

About Paradox NEXT "Help Button"

This software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. The Paradox NEXT "Help Button" gives you a personnal license to use Paradox NEXT "Help Button" in the matter permitted by these terms.

We are constantly changing and improving Paradox NEXT "Help Button". We may add or remove features at any time.

Business uses of Paradox NEXT "Help Button"

If you are using Paradox NEXT "Help Button" on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Paradox Hellas from any claim, suit or action arising form or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees.

About these Terms

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to the App, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to Paradox NEXT "Help Button". These terms will show in the App again when we make modifications. If you do not agree to the modified terms you should discontinue your use of the app. If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict. If you do not comply with these terms, and we don't take action right away, this doesn't mean that we are giving any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future). If it urns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
